I understand that All competitors have read and agree with the conditions of entry and race rules for The Age Race and to complete my team's entry I must mail the Team Declaration form, Employment Conformation letter and payment to: The Age Race, Falls Creek Ski Lifts, PO Box 55, Falls Creek, VIC 3699

1, Sign and Complete Team Declaration Form

Print entry form and have all competitors sign the form. Falls Creek Ski Lifts requires original signatures of all competitors (faxed/scanned signatures not acceptable). A single competitor declaration form is available to download for team members who work at a different location - they can print out, sign and mail in.

3, Mail Paper Work and Payment

Mail your signed Team Declaration form, Employment confirmation letter and payment to The Age Race, Falls Creek Ski Lifts, PO Box 55, Falls Creek Vic 3699. Payment can be made by cheque or call us with your credit card details. 03 57581000

2, Obtain Employment Conformation Form

To be eligible for corporate prizes, obtain an employment confirmation letter from your company management or HR department stating competitors employment status with the company.

4, Race Pack Will Be Sent to You

Once received and processed, your Race Pack will be sent to you. The race pack includes race schedule, resort information, trail maps and more.

5. All competitors will be required to wear a helmet whilst racing in The Age Corporate Ski Race Series.
